  2.          SAMPLE FORM LETTER - FEEL FREE TO MODIFY

  5. You can have THE SAME LETTER print for every Sales Lead.  
  6.  
  7. Sometimes you will want to send the SAME message to your SalesLeads
  8. (special promotions, etc.).  Edit this letter, or any other ASCII 
  9. file to contain your form letter wording.  Then, when in the Flexi-
  10. Letters screen Enter "E" to edit your options and bring the cursor 
  11. to the FORM Letter option.  Normally, this option defaults to NO, 
  12. because one of the most powerful features of B&B SaleLead is the 
  13. ability to print letters to individuals/companies that are based 
  14. on their specific interests.

  16. Enter the file name for your form letter, say this one, FORM.LTR.  
  17. You can have as many form letters as you'd like.  PROMO1.LTR, 
  18. PROMO2.LTR, INTRO.LTR, etc.
